The Community Action Program for Children (CAP-C) in partnership with School District #8 and the Ministry for Child and Family Development offers a regular parent and child drop-in for families with children under age six, which features early learning activities, arts and crafts, gym time, snack, storytelling and and parent-child circle time.

We offer a non-barrier emergency food access program. The Food Cupboard provides users with healthy food and is intended to aid people in ensuring they and their families are fed and nourished.
