Free 5 week Infant Massage course! For parents expecting a baby and those with babies up to 9 months.
Join us to learn all the skills needed to offer your infant a full body massage.
Infant massage can help:
- improve sleep (for parents and babies)
- enhance bonding
- relieve tension
- ease stress
- soothe gas pain/”colic”
Classes also include time for parent discussion and connection.
Childcare for older children and hot lunch provided.
