The Food Cupboard provides users with healthy food and is intended to aid people in ensuring they and their families are fed and nourished. We cannot provide all the food an individual or family needs\, but strive to help reduce household food insecurity. The food we offer comes through community donations\, food bank networks\, and food purchased with community monetary donations The Food Cupboard is open on Tuesday 10am-1pm and Thursday evenings from 5pm to 7pm in Kaslo (see map.) The Food Cupboard also is at the Lardeau Valley Community Centre in Meadow Creek every Wednesday from 11am to 2pm.
